Facilitator Introduction:
Christopher G. Thompson is the Director at Lean Institute Brazil (LIB) and an elected member of the Executive Committee of the Lean Global Network. With 20 years of experience, he has been spreading and implementing lean methodologies across Latin America, supporting over 300 companies in their lean transformation by enhancing management models and organizational culture. He has worked across diverse sectors including automotive, aeronautical, naval, construction, metallurgy, food, pharmaceuticals, digital technology, healthcare, consumer goods, chemical, oil & gas, and services. Over the past few years, he has focused on guiding organizations through lean strategic deployments. Scrum Master and specialized in Design Thinking at MIT, with a Master’s degree in Naval and Oceanic Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of Sao Paulo.
