Industry 4.0 is a hot topic in China. Thegovernment wants to transform the economy from an export-driven model of lowvalue-add products to one that is based on high-tech products, innovation, andstronger domestic demand. For this end it is encouraging companies to start thetransformation process by providing a multitude of incentive programs.
很多中国企业预计工业4.0将不仅改变生产模式,而是整个商业模式;同时,对于工业4.0的含义、其可带来的收益及至关重要的如何实施问题,仍存在着很多误解。
Companies on their side are expectingIndustry 4.0 to reshape not only production but whole business models. At thesame time there are many misperceptions about what Industry 4.0 really is, whatbenefits it can bring and most importantly how to implement it.

葛睿宁在北京的清华大学和维也纳经济大学读了以战略控制、运输与物流为重点的企业管理专业。在加入诗道芬之前,他在利勃海尔机械(大连)引进看板系统,并在此期间积累了丰富的精益生产的经验。在作为高级咨询师为诗道芬在德国与中国工作期间,他参与并负责了很多智能工厂规划项目以及生产与办公方面的精益转变项目。其中一个有代表性的项目是为中国著名的大企业规划了白色家电行业世界第一个智能工厂。葛睿宁最近几年的研究与项目主要是围绕着智能化生产与工业4.0两个主题。
